    • Pretzels / Rolls ship fresh (not frozen)

    • Freeze items upon arrival

    • To enjoy: Defrost items for about 30 minutes, bake for approximately 7-12 minutes (varies per product)

    • The hardest part? Waiting a few minutes for them to cool ;)

  • Shipping Mon/Tue/Wed with 2 Day Express shipping,

    orders placed on Wed-Sun will be shipped the following Monday

    No Returns/Exchanges. If the provided storage and refreshing instructions are followed, the baked good should come out perfectly fine. However, if you are unhappy, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we will look for a solution.
