Here is a collection of things I bake.

All my products only contain organic flour or imported flour from Germany like spelt or light rye flour, natural ingredients (e.g. butter instead of margarine or shortening, self-made vanilla or lemon sugar), non-GMO and follow German or European recipes, which usually contain less sugar - of course no sugar in pretzels or bread.
