Creamy Cheddar Dip

This classic cheddar dip is simple to make with just a few ingredients but delivers big flavor. Warm, creamy, and perfectly cheesy, it’s one of our favorite accompaniments for fresh pretzels — great for game days, parties, snack nights, or anytime you’re craving comfort food.

Ingredients
8 oz sharp cheddar shredded
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper
ground paprika
Preparation
Combine cheeses & milk
In a saucepan, add the shredded cheddar and cubed cream cheese along with the milk.
Melt & stir
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly on the stovetop as the cheeses melt together.
Cook until smooth
Continue cooking for about 8–15 minutes, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy and smooth.
Season
Add salt, pepper, and ground paprika to taste, and stir well to combine.
Serve warm
Serve immediately while warm — or keep warm in a slow cooker for gatherings.

Mustard twist: Stir in a teaspoon of Dijon or whole-grain mustard for a tangy boost.
