  • Each roll is handmade using only natural ingredients with long-fermentation method overnight, allowing the sourdough to work its magic and making it a tastier and healthier product.

  • Organic wheat flour, wholemeal spelt flour (imported from Germany), filtered water, organic carrots, wheat sourdough starter, oat, olive oil, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sea salt, bread spice mix (coriander, fennel, cumin)

    Contains: wheat, spelt

  • approx. 1.6lb (720g) --> one carrot roll weighs approx. 3oz (90g)

    • Freshly baked to order

    • Rolls ship fresh (not frozen)

    • Freeze rolls upon arrival

    • To enjoy: Defrost rolls for about 30 minutes, bake for approximately 7-10 minutes
