  • Each pretzel twist is hand-twisted using the finest ingredients with long-fermentation methods, allowing the sourdough to work its magic and making it a tastier and healthier product. You will love the soft, aromatic inside and a perfectly crunchy, salty crust created by the traditional pretzel lye.

  • Organic wheat flour, filtered water, whole rye sourdough starter, unsalted butter, sea salt, barley malt, instant yeast (0.3% relative to flour), pretzel lye (sodium hydroxide), pretzel salt

    • Freshly baked to order

    • Pretzels ship fresh (not frozen) and without salt — salt is included in a separate bag

    • Freeze pretzels upon arrival

    • To enjoy: Defrost pretzels for about 30 minutes, lightly moisten the surface, add salt to taste, and bake for approximately 8 minutes to refresh the crust

    • The hardest part? Waiting a few minutes for them to cool ;)
