Like all of my products, the Pumpkin Seed Sourdough Rolls are made with only the finest ingredients, long fermentation over night and a blend of three flours: wheat, whole wheat, and whole rye.

Freeze rolls upon arrival
To enjoy: Defrost rolls for about 60 minutes, bake for approximately 5-8 minutes to refresh the crust
The hardest part? Waiting a few minutes for them to cool ;)
