Cheddar Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 200 g sharp cheddar shredded

  • 150ml milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation

Melt butter in a pan

Whisk in flour and slowly add milk

Stir in cheddar until smooth

Add mustard and honey

Serve immediately (or keep warm in a slow cooker)
