  • Each pretzel is handmade using the finest ingredients with long-fermentation methods, allowing the sourdough to work its magic and making it a tastier and healthier product. You will love the soft, aromatic inside and a perfectly crunchy, salty crust created by the traditional pretzel lye.

  • Organic wheat flour, filtered water, whole rye sourdough starter, unsalted butter, sea salt, barley malt, instant yeast (0.3% relative to flour), pretzel lye (sodium hydroxide), pretzel salt

    Contains: wheat

  • approx. 2.2lb (1kg) --> one pretzel weighs approx. 3.5oz (100g)

    • Freshly baked to order

    • Pretzels ship fresh (not frozen) and without salt — salt is included in a separate bag

    • Freeze pretzels upon arrival

    • To enjoy: Defrost pretzels for about 30 minutes, lightly moisten the surface, add salt to taste, and bake for approximately 8 minutes to refresh the crust

    • The hardest part? Waiting a few minutes for them to cool ;)

  • Shipping Mon/Tue/Wed with 2 Day Express shipping,

    orders placed on Wed-Sun will be shipped the following Monday

    No Returns/Exchanges. If the provided storage and refreshing instructions are followed, the baked good should come out perfectly fine. However, if you are unhappy, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we will look for a solution.
